Free Use of Moving Van

The Birdsong Real Estate Team came up with the idea to offer an additional level of customer service by providing a courtesy moving van for its clients.

Ed Birdsong, team leader of the company purchased the Ford Aerocell for use as a courtesy moving van for the company's clients, associates, friends, and charitable organizations.

"We named the truck The Birdmobile" - said Birdsong. The graphics utilize striking colors and display the company logo, phone number, and web address.

"The response from clients has been overwhelming" said Birdsong. Here is how it works: Reserving The Birdmobile is easy and on a first request basis. Simply call any office member, request the moving van and explain how you are affiliated with our real estate team and why you need the truck.

Once your request is approved, we will check our reservation schedule to ensure the date you want is available. The moving van is just part of the service we provide. People could not believe it, and they are completely delighted to find out that use of The Birdmobile is free. Birdsong said "We are now booking usage of The Birdmobile about a month in advance. We are delighted to see that our clients, home buyers, and sellers are using the moving van over and over to make small moves.
